Scope of Work

FTC has been awarded the main civil works for the Liebherr Saudi Arabia Concrete Truck Mixer Factory in KAEC, covering an 8,559 m² built-up area within a 40,000 m² site. The project includes civil, architectural, structural, and PEB works, along with external works, roads, paving, access roads, and landscaping. The scope also covers the production building, administration and support spaces, storage hangar, truck wash building, guard houses, service buildings, open yard areas, and coordination with the client-appointed MEP contractor and specialist suppliers.
