Scope of Work
The project covers the full turnkey development of 109 Ready-Built Factories (RBFs) within the AREIC Modon Oasis complex, covering the supply and installation of all materials, equipment, construction works. FTC was responsible for the execution of civil, structural, architectural, site development and MEP systems, along with all necessary testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and completion activities. The scope also included maintenance and client training, as well as the full integration of utility networks, access roads, and supporting infrastructure to ensure the facility was fully connected, operational, and ready for occupation.
