Scope of Work
FTC executed the civil and finishing works for the expansion of the Delmon Products manufacturing facility in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The project comprised the construction of a new tank farm, a refinery building, 24 industrial warehouses, and a central administration facility, with a total built-up area of 16,000 m².
The expansion aimed to increase Delmon’s production and storage capacity through optimized industrial layouts, high-quality reinforced structures, and efficient internal circulation systems. FTC’s scope included earthworks, foundations, superstructure construction, finishing, and infrastructure development, ensuring seamless integration between the new and existing facilities.
Delivered over a 14-month period, the project reflects FTC’s consistent ability to deliver industrial-scale construction solutions that meet demanding operational standards for safety, durability, and efficiency.
