FTC successfully executed the turnkey construction of a luxury residential complex for Arabian Homes located along Madina Road in Jeddah, covering a total built-up area of 30,000 m². The project featured 70 high-end apartments and a 5,000 m² basement housing parking, services, and building utilities.
FTC’s comprehensive scope included civil, architectural, structural, and electro-mechanical works, as well as high-end interior finishes and external infrastructure. The project was designed and constructed to meet premium residential standards, emphasizing quality craftsmanship, efficient spatial layouts, and modern mechanical systems for resident comfort and long-term durability.
Delivered in 16 months, the project showcases FTC’s ability to manage complex residential developments — from planning and design coordination to full execution — while maintaining precision, timeline discipline, and architectural excellence.
