Scope of Work
FTC executed the civil, structural, electro-mechanical, and finishing works for the 7,000 m² warehouse and workshop facility of the SADAFCO Distribution Center in Tabuk.
The scope also included hard landscaping and site development, ensuring smooth access, efficient circulation, and integration with existing infrastructure.
Delivered within a 10-month timeframe under the supervision of AFYAA Consultants, the facility was designed and constructed to support SADAFCO’s growing logistics and cold-chain operations with high standards of functionality, safety, and efficiency.
