Scope of Work
FTC executed the civil, structural, electro-mechanical, and finishing works for the ARASCO PPP Expansion project located in Al-Kharj, Riyadh, covering a total built-up area of 35,000 m².
The project comprised seven major facilities, including two process plants, a rendering plant, a chemical storage unit, a dry warehouse, a workshop, a wastewater treatment plant, and a labor accommodation building. FTC’s scope also extended to hardscape and landscaping works, ensuring full site integration and operational readiness across all zones.
This complex, multi-facility industrial project required high-level coordination, strict quality control, and seamless interface management with ARASCO’s ongoing operations — reinforcing FTC’s capability to deliver large-scale, multidisciplinary industrial developments efficiently and safely.
