Scope of Work
The project involves the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) of a new production line building within the Petro Rabigh industrial complex. FTC’s scope covered complete civil, structural, architectural, and electromechanical works, along with testing, commissioning, and final completion activities.
Executed within an operational industrial environment, the project required strict coordination with existing plant systems and adherence to high safety and quality standards. FTC managed the full delivery process — from design development and procurement to construction and commissioning — ensuring seamless integration of the new production line into the existing facility infrastructure. The completed building provides advanced production capabilities supported by modern utilities, services, and structural efficiency
