Scope of Work
FTC executed the complete interior finishing, electro-mechanical, elevation, and hard landscaping works for the BMW Showroom and Head Office Building in Riyadh, developed for Mohamed Yousuf Naghi & Brothers Group. The project covered a total built-up area of 12,000 m² and was completed within a five-month fast-track schedule.
The scope included high-end showroom fit-outs, office space finishes, and full MEP systems designed to meet the international standards of the BMW brand. FTC also delivered external hardscape works, ensuring smooth access, parking layout, and visual integration with the surrounding facilities.
