Scope of Work
FTC was responsible for the full civil, electro-mechanical, and finishing works for the Nabil Foods Processing Plant located in Jeddah Industrial City 1. The project included the complete construction and fit-out of a modern food processing facility with a total built-up area of 9,400 m², designed to meet international hygiene, safety, and efficiency standards.
The scope covered structural works, architectural finishes, MEP installations, and process utility connections to support food production operations. FTC also executed external works, including site development, paving, and utility tie-ins, ensuring seamless integration with the existing industrial infrastructure.
