Scope of Work
FTC carried out the turnkey construction of a state-of-the-art Zahid Tractors showroom in Makkah, covering a total built-up area of 4,400 m² within a 9,440 m² site. The project included complete civil, structural, electro-mechanical, and architectural works, alongside comprehensive external and landscaping works to create a modern, functional, and client-focused facility.
The development comprised display areas, offices, customer lounges, and service zones, all executed to Zahid Group’s high corporate and aesthetic standards. FTC’s team worked closely with KAOS Architect to ensure seamless coordination from design to delivery, meeting both operational needs and architectural intent.
Delivered over 17 months, this project underscores FTC’s expertise in executing commercial and industrial facilities with precision, efficiency, and uncompromised quality.
