FTC delivered the complete development of a 13,000 m² fresh-foods logistics centre for Del Monte, including temperature-controlled cold stores, receiving and dispatch areas, administrative offices, workshops, and worker accommodation. The project covered full architectural, structural, and electro-mechanical works.
