Scope of Work
FTC successfully executed the completion and finishing works for three individual public service buildings in the Hail region, located in Al Aziziyah, Badana, and Al Shinan.
The project involved comprehensive civil, architectural, and electro-mechanical works, including all internal and external finishes, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Each facility was delivered in accordance with Ministry of Interior specifications and Dar Arriyad’s supervision standards, ensuring full functionality, durability, and compliance with public-sector operational requirements.
